To rent a high-end road bike, you can browse our online catalog to find the perfect bike for your needs. You can book directly through our website, where you'll need to specify the rental period, your height and weight (to match the bike size), and any specific preferences or requirements. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit, and you must present a government-issued ID at the time of pickup. We offer options for pickup at our store or delivery to a specified location. Additionally, we provide a brief orientation to familiarize you with the bike's features and adjustments.

Alongside our high-end road bikes, we offer a range of accessories and gear to enhance your cycling experience. This includes GPS units for route navigation, performance monitors, water bottle cages, and repair kits. For safety and comfort, you can also rent helmets, gloves, padded shorts, and jerseys. We ensure that all our gear is of the highest quality and kept in excellent condition. If you’re participating in a race or embarking on a particularly challenging ride, we can also provide tailored advice and support to help you prepare effectively.

We offer class 2 Rad Power e-bikes, one of the coolest, most popular and award winning e-bike brands on the market today.  Rad Power e-bikes have 750 watts of power, 20 mph max speed and are rated at 45+ miles per charge.  Rad bikes have exclusive throttle power and depending on the bike, four or five different pedal assist settings also.                             

To achieve higher mileage on your ride, you will need to pedal while on the move.  GRC advises setting your assist level at 1 or 2 and to pedal while riding.  At this setting you'll achieve an average riding speed around 11 mph.

Pedal Assist Settings and Range (Rad Runner 2):

• Pedal assist 1, 45 + miles

• Pedal assist 2, 30-40 miles

• Pedal assist 3, 20-30 miles

• Pedal assist 4, 15-20 miles

• Throttle only, 15-20 miles

*E-bike range is impacted by the amount of stopping and starting taking place, the percentage of throttle power versus pedal power usage and the passenger/s weight.

If you choose to cancel you reservation prior to 72 hours (3) days from the start of my rental period, GAIA Rental Company LLC will authorize a full refund.  Any cancellations that are made within 48 hours of a reservation will be charged 50% of the total rental fee and the difference will be credited back to the customer that made the reservation.  Any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of a reservation will be charged 100% of the total rental fee.
